How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. Your account will be deactivated immediately, and all personal data (memories, photos, wines, profile) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@winediaries.app.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Under GDPR, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format. Email privacy@winediaries.app to request an export.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your memories are private by default. No one can see them unless you explicitly share them with specific people. There is no public feed, no discovery, and no social network. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I manage shared memories?
You control who sees your memories. You can add or remove people from any memory at any time. When you remove someone, they lose access immediately.
How do payments and refunds work?
WineDiaries offers optional paid themes ("Stationery Shop") through Apple's App Store (In-App Purchase). Core functionality is always free.
For refunds, contact Apple directly through the App Store — all purchases are processed by Apple and subject to their refund policy.

I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a password reset email. If you signed in with Apple, use "Sign In with Apple" instead — no password needed.
